LONDON — A Briton accused of killing his wife and infant daughter in their Massachusetts home agreed to return voluntarily to the U.S. to face trial, his lawyer said Friday.
Neil Entwistle, who was arrested in London Thursday, has decided not to contest extradition and wished to return to the United States "as soon as possible," his attorney Dan Brandon said in Bow Street Magistrates Court.
Entwistle was accused of using his father-in-law's handgun to shoot Rachel Entwistle, 27, and 9-month-old Lillian on Jan. 20 as they lay cuddled together in bed......http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,184445,00.html
