Going Out of Business

I am retiring my Mortgage Broker License a/o 6/29/06 and am having a going out of business sale.

For any Loan which is closed before 6/29 I will reduce my origination fee to 1/2 of 1%.

Must be an Atlanta area property.

The market is so flooded right now. :-(
I have had to reduce all the rents on my properties. I will be glad when things stabilize.

The housing market is pretty much booming here in the Fort Smith area. Lots of new homes going up.

MA (where I am still trying to sell my former home) is experiencing a bit of a housing decline, however.

Arkansas votes Republican in the presidential elections, while Massachusetts votes Democrat. Must be coincidental to the housing market.....
