Man! I was surprised when the first headline I see in the main forum was Shuttle Missing! I got my coffee and after the caffeine took hold I realized "Oh it's Freecer Best of thread". Good! I would hate for NASA to have to end the week on a bad note after all the good news.

Boy it was 70 degrees here yesterday "a touch of spring". I started spring clean up early. it's nice to get ahead once in a while.

:unsmile: Trying to get a new Camaro serviced at the dealership where I bought it. I was actually glad when the warranty expired, so another area dealer no longer had the excuse to refuse my business.

5. What was the worst customer service experience you have had? My most recent experience of worst customer experience is not in terms of actual attentiveness. The employee was very eager to assist me, but she was as dumb as a doorknob. I was in a book store looking for a biography of Mark Twain, and, so help me God, I had to spell his name.

If I've got my president correct, he used to stay at a hotel down in Cape May called Congress Hall. During the summers he was there, he called it his Summer White House. I think I've got it straight, but I'm not really sure. I really should dig up my newspaper clippings about Congress Hall. It was restored a few years back.

Don't know.

He was portrayed on a $2 stamp a long, long time ago, and that stamp was re-printed not so long ago. I used to get Madison mixed up with another president, but I think it was him.

First, I hate when people park their vehicles some place other than in a parking space, at the Wawa or other convenience stores. It makes it so much more difficult to get around in a parking lot that is small as it is.
Second, I hate when I email someone at a website, they reply, then I reply to ask another question, and I never hear from them again!
5. What was he worst customer service experience you have had?
It was at the hotel where I work. (I don't actually work in the hotel. I work in the garage for the golf-course maintenance staff.) There were 2 separate incidents. First I went to Sunday Brunch with a big family group (17 of us). The waitress took our juice/soda/coffee order, but never came back to give it to us. When we flagged her down and told her she apologized, and then forgot again. We never did get our drinks. Later I left a bad comment on a comment card, and the next day got a phone call. I came in and talked to the manager, who said that I should come back at a later date "on us". The second time was when I went back at a later date, with a lady friend. I had a 10 am reservation. We showed up early for that. 10 am came and went, then 11, then noon and so on. Every half hour or 40 minutes I went up and asked what the hold up was. The last time I asked the woman hollered at me. We finally got seated around 1:30 or 2 pm! (remember, that's with a 10 am reservation). I gave up on going there after that.
6. Who is your favorite Cowboy actor or actor who played a cowboy? I don't have one, if you are talking about an actor playing an actual cowboy. But Clint Eastwood is by far my favorite actor in Westerns.
7. Do you like sushi?
Never tried it, never will. So no.
8. Do you like anchovies?
No.
9. Buy any good CD's lately?
Not in a while.
10. Do you think that there is other intelligent life forms in the universe.
Probably not, but it's fun to think so. That's why I love Star Trek, Stargate SG-1 and so on.

It's so tempting to hold up two boxes of tighty whiteys, complete with semi-nude male models on the covers, & ask her which one she prefers, just to see her turn red in the face.

A fellow clerk told the guy he'd have to move his car, because he was blocking traffic, & he got uppity, & started spouting that he was going to report Ernestine for daring to correct him, & she was gonna be in big trouble, 'cause his dad was the president of UToteM. Best Buy !! I bought a CD burner a few years back I installed it and found it didn't work. The manufacture told me to take it back to the store I did. It was after Christmas so the return line was long It took me about 45 minutes to get up to the clerk. He looks over the item and says hey you are missing the installation CD. I realize it's still in my PC at home. I told him no problem we can just swap the CD from the other exact same one I was exchanging for. He said "No!" I have to purchase the new one and then open it and take the CD out give it to him and then he would do the exchange for me. So I ended up going through the line three times till I finally got my new CD Burner.
