You can tell this photo has been photoshopped... Though the woman holding the sign is (as far as I can tell) real. Why do ugly women always say those things? Maybe it is because they are jealous?

I think that most every woman on this plant (save a few) could actually look really good. Some makeup here, contacts, hair style change, and in this pour souls case, a tan, I think most women could look quite pleasing.

Not that beauty is everything, of course, but it sure helps.
