Microsoft® Outlook/Word Setting

:unsmile: At work, we use Microsoft® Outlook for our email. Whenever I open an attachment, I'm presented with two options.

*Open

*Save to disk

:unsmile: I always have to click the "Open" option, because "Save to disk" is the default, even though I never save anything to a disk. Is there any way to change the default to "Open"?

Depends on the version, the updates applied, group policy settings and the security settings. Some security updates have changed these settings in the past and could not be removed except with a re-install. Even some of those that could be changed required registry changes, which you may not be able to do at work. Have you asked the administrators at work?
