Britian plans classes in happiness because the children are miserable. They are too materialistic and celebrity obsessed. They have nothing inside them from which they can draw happiness.

Misery is a consequence of a secular life. Which one of those Scandanavian countries hired a philosopher to tell them how to be happy? I remember when it happened although I forget which one.

As secularisim sweeps across Europe, misery will only increase and grow.

Now classes to teach happiness. Take them to Sunday School, take them to Church, in two months' time they'll have a turnaround.

Kathy...that is far to simplistic for them to even THINK of it...but, you're dead on the money...it would work.

It won't work for atheists.

"Look, junior, there ain't no god, there ain't no devil, there ain't no nothin'. Be happy."

Yeah, we used to sing "Happy, happy, happy, happy, happy are the people whose God is the Lord". When God is missing out your life, you will not be happy. But some people enjoy being miserable, I guess.
