All I can say is that he got a whole lot more due process than did 3000 innocent people on 9/11/01. He's had his day in court and now he gets to live with the decision. He can't be martyred if he isn't put down like the rabid dog that he is. Too bad he won't be put in the general population, but this should be enough. He's been silenced and maybe he'll soon be forgotten.

You can't change a plea after sentencing, and he has no right of appeal. Not really sure why they did this.

Because he wants another trial. Time and money, it's a victory if he can waste both at the same time. He doesn't mind going through four or five trials.

You lied, you got convicted by a jury of your peers, you were convicted and sentenced.
I hope SCOTUS has the decency to NOT take the appeal.
He's a chickensh!t, now knowing just where he's headed to, he fears rotting for the Rest of his loathesome life in a caged hole.

Here (http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/opinions/articles/0508mon2-08.html)'s what he gets, until some liberal judge feels sorry for him in 4-5 years and lets him out.

Perjury is also a crime. I say no more trials, just tack on something to his sentence . . . say, like, the death penalty http://www.freeconservatives.com/vb/images/icons/biggrin.gif .

Instead, only long grim years at the prosaically named Administrative Maximum United States Penitentiary in Colorado, where 23 hours of each interminable day will creep along with Moussaoui in his own little soundproof cell.
I dunno. It sounds kind of nice. Let's just say there's a lot of noise in my world.

The jury was very, very wise. That remains to be seen. Meanwhile, I hope all arrangements have been made to move Jeffrey Dahmer's former weight-lifting buddy to the cell next door to Mouse-Wee. You remember - the guy who caved in the Ass-teck Ritual Supervisor's cranium with a barbell. Give him free roaming space in the hallway, but keep that cattle prod REAL handy.

I hope SCOTUS has the decency to NOT take the appeal. They can't. He gave up the right of appeal when he plead guilty.

They should put him in the general population and look the other way when prisoners take turns beating him. What an idiot, all he had to do was shut up or say he was crazy or something. He did this to himself. I think he is a little afraid of Allah now.

If they do isolate him from the rest of the prisoners, his lot ain't gonna be much fun. He won't have anyone admiring him, anyone hating him and trying to kill him, anyone even ignoring him. With no human contact to speak of, he'll have to the end of his days to admire his comrades and himself and his, uh, courage in "winning" against America. He might as well be Christopher Reeve, paralyzed from the tongue down.

... until some liberal judge feels sorry for him in 4-5 years and lets him out.
And that's exactly why he is asking to withdraw his guilty plea. He escaped execution, courtesy of a bleeding-heart, mush-spined jury. Now he wants to try his luck with a judge of the same description, if he can get one. Hey, in America anything is possible.
He knows his liberals, Massoui does.

Hey, Moussaoui, someday you'll find out, to your consternation, that my God's bigger'n your god Allah. Tougher, too.
