All I can say is that he got a whole lot more due process than did 3000 innocent people on 9/11/01. He's had his day in court and now he gets to live with the decision. He can't be martyred if he isn't put down like the rabid dog that he is. Too bad he won't be put in the general population, but this should be enough. He's been silenced and maybe he'll soon be forgotten.

If they do isolate him from the rest of the prisoners, his lot ain't gonna be much fun. He won't have anyone admiring him, anyone hating him and trying to kill him, anyone even ignoring him. And that's exactly why he is asking to withdraw his guilty plea. He escaped execution, courtesy of a bleeding-heart, mush-spined jury. Now he wants to try his luck with a judge of the same description, if he can get one. Hey, in America anything is possible.
