It'll be at least $3.25/gallon, probably more. The upcoming hurricane season will see to that!

Or there'll be a fire at a refinery, or someone somewhere will fart into the wind and think there's been an accident at a refinery--which will have to be closed for a week or two to find out what's wrong--or somebody will be making whoopie with his secretary when his wife finds out (which has nothing to do with this but will somehow contribute nonetheless).
