AUSTIN, Minn. -- Devin Haskin, 3, plays inside the Toy Chest claw machine at Godfather's Pizza after crawling through the toy discharge chute. The boy ended up getting stuck amid all the toys. Firefighters pried the door open to get the boy out. The child was not hurt.

It's not the first time.

Two years ago, a boy crawled inside a toy machine at a Piggly Wiggly in Sheboygan, Wis., and was rescued with the help of a locksmith. Last year, a toddler climbed into a toy machine at a Wal-Mart in Elkhart, Ind. Once can be attributed to an ingenious li'l critter. Three times indicates that the machines have a design issue that should be addressed.

Either that...or put a trail of taxpayer $$ leading up to those machines and then use a backhoe to push Teddy and Hillary into one of those things.
