2d DNA test: No Duke lacrossers

A second round of DNA tests shows no conclusive match between any Duke University lacrosse players and a woman who says she was raped at a team party, defense attorneys said.

The tests showed genetic material from a :single male source'' was found on a vaginal swab taken from the accuser, but that material did not match any of the players, said attorney Joseph Chesire, who represents a player who has not been charged.

"In other words, it appears this woman had sex with a male,'' Cheshire said Friday night at a news conference with other defense attorneys. "It also appears with certainty it wasn't a Duke lacrosse player.''

The Only evidence of DNA came from the accusers Boyfriend, and they didnt take any DNA evidence from him till TWO weeks after the accusation of rape and the running of these guys names and faces all over the press.

One more thing even though her boyfriend is the ONLY one found to have provable DNA match they refuse to reveal his name or face to the press.

I dare say this continued witch hunt against white boys is disgraceful and the prosecution should be removed and disbarred for this travesty of justice and the ruination of innocent men just because they were white and the accuser was 'black'

Even though the DNA dont match up the prosecutor is continuing to go ahead with dragging a 3rd LaCrosse player into this misery with charges.

The charges would have been already dismissed, or,better, never filed in the first place if it weren't for the fact that she's black and they're white, PC as usual.

There's no case at all, her testimony is all the prosecutor could go on, but her credibility's shot.

I read somewhere he is talking about waiting to try the case until next year. What's up with that? He needs to drag these boys through the mud for a year? If his case is so strong, he needs to be taking this case to trial now. If I were the defense attorney for any one of these boys I would be screaming bloody murder and and asking for a speedy trial. IF he goes with that idea those LaCrosse players have a right to sue the prosecutor for violating their Constitutional rights
