Well, lets look at what the DA is basing his case on.

First, we have a black hooker/"exotic dancer" who shows up LATE to her job, in addition to already being drunk before she showed up (toxicology reports have since confirmed). Confirmed as well is the fact that she has made this SAME accusation falsely against another person in the past.

She was asked to pick her "attackers" out of a PHOTO line up, in which the ONLY photos used were pictures of the Lacrosse team members. There were no "decoys" such as under-cover police officer photos so there was a chance of her picking a "known innocent" and thus exposing her for the lying bitch she is. No, only pictures of the lacrosse players in the line up, so no matter what 3 she picked, she would be picking someone from the party.

DNA tests failed to link ANY Duke Lacrosse player to her. Though DNA evidence recovered HAS shown that she did have sex with her boyfriend at some point that day.

The third "attacker" she picked from the line up, she told police she was "90% sure that was him, though if he had a mustache on in the picture, she would be 100% sure, since the third "attacker" had a mustache. But the DA does not think the fact that the third person SHE PICKED never had a mustache at all, so according to he OWN WORDS, he could not possibly be the one.

The third "attacker" picked, (the captain of the lacrosse team) REQUESTED a polygraph test, and the police and the DA REFUSED to give him one. So he went out, and payed out of his own pocket for a polygraph test, which showed him to be telling the truth. The DA refuses to allow it, saying it is inadmissible. Though had he taken it and failed, I am positive the DA would have no problem allowing it.

There are time stamped photos showing the girl as "bruised" when she showed up. Though time stamps on pictures can be manipulated by adjusting the time and date in the camera, still they conform to all other evidence, they even conform to the fact that the DA is willing to ignore this proof of innocence just as readily as he's willing to ignore all other proof presented to him.

The simple fact is, the DA is up for re-election. What better way to get the votes of the middle class and the "oppressed minorities" than to go after and publicly persecute rich white kids.

The end result should be prison terms for the hooker bitch for her false accusations, and the DA should be in the very next cell, for his abuse of office and flat out political grandstanding at the expense of others. Granted, when it goes to trial, a jury with a combined IQ of 7 will be able to see it's bullshit and the Lacrosse players will be found innocent. But the damage is already done. They have been smeared in the news, they've been publicly tried and hanged on the front page by the media, crooked DA, and the loud mouth racial bigots that call themselves the NAACP. Their acquittal will be buried on the back page just below the advertisement for Dr. Bob's discount proctology clinic.

Don't forget they arrested the cab driver on an old warrant. He had provided the alibi for one of the boys . He apparently drove a woman home in his cab who had stolen merchandise from a store. He helped security track her down and find her and thought that was it. Next thing you know, he confirms this boy's story and winds up in the clink. The defense attorneys are calling it clear intimidation of a witness in a rape case.
