As it turns out, most low income illegals will pay NO BACKTAXES, because they don't make enough to pay ANY TAXES. Under the proposed amnesty, however, illegals WILL be receiving checks from the Treasury instead for the past five years. McCain, Specter, Graham, and Kennedy are all opposed to blocking this, of course.

Yes, stealing and using a social security number is a felony. But that's ok, because the Senate has given illegals an amnesty for THAT, too. Employers have nothing to fear to "attest" to illegals paying taxes for the past five years, either, because the Senate also gave amnesty to employers for hiring illegals. Multiple felonies are at stake here, ID theft, social security fraud, and tax fraud, and the Senate is not just giving illegals an amnesty for it all but they are writing them a check from the US Treasury for up to $4700 per year for each of the past five years.

True, the EIC is (essentially) a suppliment (welfare payment) to low income wage earners - given by American higher wage earners to other Americans as well as Mexicans (legal and illegal), and others.

Not only will they be sent a check, but if they brought their child with them (or had children) their qualification level rises dramatically. While only those singles making 11,000 or less a year will get a check, those with one child earning less than 34,000 a year will be paid for breaking the law.
