1) Dig a 300' deep moat around DC
2) Take the dirt and pile it on what's left of DC
3) Stock the moat with smallmouth bass and hold a fishing tournament, the winners are our new Senate

I got this on Sunday from my Nephew in Atlanta. By Monday It was coming to me from a Friend in Ca. It just amazes me how quick E-mail can travel..
