Although the film has not been screened in any theater in mostly-Muslim Pakistan, authorities decided to ban it out of respect for the feelings of the country's minority Christians.

not surprised, the muslims do have a respect for Jesus..........
but i still found this interesting, mainly in african muslim countries christians are persecuted, yet they ban this movie because it trashes Jesus

Its nothing but politics being done here with this ban, as the Davinci code movie says jesus was not divine, which dovetails with what muslims believe, that Jesus was just another prophet.

So all I'm seeing here is politics

Nobody else has done a thing to show respect for Christians. These people have. Give them credit. They, as you, do things for their own reasons. What matters is that they did it, not that their reasons aren't your reasons.
