SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - The number of Guantanamo Bay detainees on hunger strike has dropped from 89 to 18, the U.S. military said Sunday.

So, it seems it was one of those Jesse Jackson "hunger strikes". You know, the one when he only does not eat while taking a dump after yapping down 2 Big Macs.
