NOPE!!! Libs say Rove is guilty because the media made him so. The media made McKinney guilty too so SHE IS TOO, with or without an endictment.

And the Dems voted William Jefferson, Democrat, Louisiana, off of the House Ways and Means Committee.
I hear Patrick Kennedy offered to drive Jefferson to the next Black Caucus committee meeting . . . fast.
Culture of Corruption.
Come on Libs, take a slap at us.

Quick question...........Does the guard himself any legal venues to pursue this? Or is he just out of luck after being assaulted by a Congresscritter?

He's white. To file a lawsuit would make him a racist!

With McKinney's Bob Marley hair and the cooties that might be associated with being within a bleem of Congress's "Cutest Little Jihadist", it was probably more of a case of finding a grand jury that would sit in the same room as that numbnut.

Hmmm..that makes me think that we could use a McKinney smilie here. One that gives everyone who has ever had a bad hair day, feel just a little better.
I'll see what I can do on that front. :D

Hell, it might even be a hate crime
Even to mention the possibility of either would be spot on racist and hateful!

Quick question...........Does the guard himself any legal venues to pursue this? Or is he just out of luck after being assaulted by a Congresscritter?I'm assuming this was a criminal case, inasmuch as a U.S. attorney was involved. There is nothing to stop him from suing for civil damages, right?

Well...considering that the Rapist in Chief fired all 48 US DA's as his first act in office.....you never know.

That was why I was asking. If I was that officer I would sue her into next Tuesday. He is there for her protection and I wouldn't stand for that kind of treatment and then getting slapped again by the jury who failed to charge her.......rub a little salt in the wound why doncha.

I bet he'd sue in a heartbeat -- if someone would pay the lawyer's fees and assure him he wasn't gonna lose his job.
Often it takes a certain financial independence to go around saving the world and doing the right thing.
