The protests from the Fred Phelps organization is protesting against homosexuals. This is a theme that I've seen over and over again on this forum -- the disdain and protest against homosexuals.

So now we have this group protesting the deaths of our military personnel. How do you feel about that?

Indeed, and there have been lots of discussions of Phelps since RightTurns joined in February 2005. He is universally disdained here. One can think sodomy is a sin while opposing Phelps and his tactics.

Let me throw this little tidbit out to my conservative friends for thought: I suspect this individual gets very little attention or input from the "outside" in her vapid and inconsequential life, therefore she comes here and stirs the pot with inane blather, and because she is responded to, she goes away with the belief that she's actually relevant . . . to someone . . . somewhere.
