A man claiming to be the biological father of a teen fatally shot by a rookie Delray Beach police officer in February 2005 is in fact just that.
With 99.999 percent certainty, Orlando truck driver Terry Glover, 41, is the father of Jerrode and Sherrode Miller, according to DNA test results released to the news media on Monday morning.
Whomever a court names as the estate's personal representative will take legal action against the city. Glover said he will now go forward with asking a court to recognize him as the personal representative, while Miller's attorney, T.J. "Jimmy" Cunningham, says they plan to ask the court to appoint Miller since he was previously recognized as the father and is the only dad the boys have ever known.

So in a nutshell, dad is nowhere to be found until there is money to be had. Maybe if he were around this wouldn't have happened. Typical
