JERUSALEM - Israel struck Beirut's airport and Hezbollah’s television station on Thursday and killed 22 civilians in raids on south Lebanon, intensifying its reprisals after Hezbollah captured two Israeli soldiers and killed eight.
The Israeli military later said it had imposed a sea and air blockade on Lebanon to cut off supply routes to Hezbollah via Syria. Israel maintains Hezbollah is financed and equipped by Iran, with backing by Syria.
Hezbollah retaliated for Israeli “massacres” by firing 60 rockets at Nahariya in northern Israel. The Israeli army said Katyusha rockets had hit the city, killing one civilian and injuring five...
The violence was the worst between Israel and Lebanon since 1996 when Israeli troops still occupied part of the south. It coincided with an major Israeli offensive into the Gaza Strip to retrieve a captured soldier and halt Palestinian rocket fire....

Single handedly Israel can probally take over all of the Middle East and I would like it if they did. I would like to see Mecca in ruins burned to the ground and watch them islamic ragheads go thru the pain that americans had on 911.

This is correct. The soviets used them in their assault against Berlin, so you are right, they are ollldddd.

They do fire off the back of a truck and are terribly inaccurate, but when aiming at a city filled with civilians, that's the idea. Get as far of a spread as possible to do the most damage.

I would prefer that 5,000 handcuffed ragheads be put into Mecca first and then detonate it. They will not be dancing about American deaths after that.

More than agreed. It is way past time for not only ragheads to be killed by the thousands, but for their leaders to be executed and their "cities" to be leveled completely.

I have also seen the report of an attempt to move the prisoners to Iran. If that happens, it's shame on Iran, and maybe also huge parts of the Muslim world.

I'm ready for the big war to come. Israel is just going to have to give the huge middle finger to Kofi and the "rest of the world" --the US included, and do what needs to be done.

I would love nothing better than to see every "Palestinian" in the region dead and in hell before sundown tomorrow.

I would also love to see it get so bad that Israel could even take back the Temple Mount.

I don't know how the damned Muslims ever got control of it to begin with, or why they've been allowed to maintain control.

I'm not sure. Israel is a stong nation militarily. I hope they can do what needs to be done.

Israel is strong for their region but they dont have the mobile forces on the grand scale that we do - certainly not with the capacity to do a classic military invasion of a distant nation like Iran...

If these prisoners are transferred to Iran, I can see several senarios come about... The Israelis will use their excellent intelligence network to pinpoint them and snatch them in "Entebe-esque" fashion... If Iran uses this as an excuse to make a direct asault on Israel, the nukes will start to fly...

I can also see us getting directly involved if Iran allows these prisoners to be brought into their borders... Maybe in the form of air support for an Israeli rescue raid...

In any case, if Israel throws its full muscle at Iran, or if we get directly involved, you can bet the Iranian nuclear complexes are history... Boom... Done...

This clown who is the head of the Iranian government is a big-mouthed showman, but Im not convinced that the entire Iranian government is as maniacal as he seems to be... They know they are walking on thin ice right now... The wrong step could cost them everything... EVERYTHING!..
