The rock star's second missus, Manuela Testolini Nelson, filed for divorce in Hennepin County District Court on May 24.
Court documents obtained today indicate that she has hired Edward Winer, a great attorney, while Prince is represented by Alan Eidsness. Eidsness is the attorney who had the temerity in 1992 to tell former KSTP-TV news director Mendes Napolis to wipe the smirk off his face during former anchor Ruth Spencer's successful court case against Channel 5.
There have been rumblings about the state of this marriage since last year.
