Its not just the burning Lebanon photo anymore. Its Reuters in general.

At least four and perhaps more points of fraud.

1. Digitally manipulating images after the photographs have been taken.

2. Photographing scenes staged by Hezbollah and presenting the images as if they were of authentic spontaneous news events.

3. Photographers themselves staging scenes or moving objects, and presenting photos of the set-ups as if they were naturally occurring.

4. Giving false or misleading captions to otherwise real photos that were taken at a different time or place.

Especially look at the last two proofs. One is on the very cover of U.S. News & World Report, a total fraud which is supposed to show a downed Israeli jet. It is not. It is a pile of burning tires that Hezbollah probably lit to self-cheerlead as if they were making headway against the IDF.

The other is a guy faking he is dead for the cameras.

And another question: I wonder why all the fakes are one-sided to favor Hezbollah? Where are the fake pro-Israel photos?

A question I would ask is this, Who owns Reuters?

Probably Michael Moore. Looks like his handiwork.

At this point, wouldn't it just be easier to play a game of "Find the REAL Photo"? Really now.....this is just getting plain embarrassing.

I dunno. What's Dan Rather doing in his forced, though long overdue, "retirement"?

(BTW, if you haven't done so in a while, read my quote of him in my sig.)

A woman has made two appearances in photographs used by the Associated Press and Reuters, allegedly wailing over the destruction of her Beirut home. US bloggers have however noticed that photographs were taken two weeks apart from each other, according to times stamps on the images, and that the photographs were taken in different locations.<br />

Looks like a professional cryer, ala the bitch at Kent State who ran over to a downed person on the street in order to get into the now-infamous photo op of her wailing over the victim.

Photos DO lie, much more so since computers became an integral part of photography.

if theyd been thinking they would have at LEAST had her wear a different COSTUME for the second photo..or selectively alter the COLOE of the later in Photoshop

maybe they want to suffer this disgrace
