Mike Wallace (communist supporter, terrorist sympathizer, Bush basher) interviewed his pal Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Tuesday.

Here are some of Ahmadinejad’s thought provoking comments:

On that creepy 18 page “Unibomber manifesto” letter he wrote to Bush:

Well, (with the letter) I wanted to open a window towards the light for the president so that he can see that one can look on the world through a different perspective. … We are all free to choose. But please give him this message, sir: Those who refuse to accept an invitation will not have a good ending or fate. You see that his approval rating is dropping every day. Hatred vis-à-vis the president is increasing every day around the world. For a ruler, this is the worst message that he could receive. Rulers and heads of government at the end of their office must leave the office holding their heads high.

On the UN Resolutions:

They have given us — presented us with a package which we are studying right now. We even gave them a date for our response. Ignoring that, they passed a resolution. They want to build an empire. And they don't want to live side-by-side in peace with other nations. The American government, sir, it is very clear to me they have to change their behavior and everything will be resolved. (George W. Bush) believes that his power emanates from his nuclear warhead arsenals. The time of the bomb is in the past, it's behind us. Today is the era of thoughts, dialogue and cultural exchanges.

Gag me!

The "interview" was nothing more than two like-minded individuals sitting down and having a nice, congenial conversation over tea. It goes on all the time. It's what happens when "unidentified sources" sit down over dinner with a reporter from the NYT. It's how Hillary and Moore conduct business. It's how Lamont and Soros teamed up to defeat Lieberman in the primary. All very civilized. You walk in, shake hands, and sit down. A servant pours tea, or a waiter serves the drinks, and then you smile and talk about all of the things that you have in common: Hate Bush, Hate America, Hate Israel and Jews, Defeat America, Defeat Israel, encourage terrorism.

All very civilized.

Wallace interviewing What's-his-face in Iraq is like that little tea party Eleanor Clift had with Hillary Clinton that passed for an interview in Newsweek during the Clintons' first term.

Yep. It amounts to the same cozy, bubby-buddy Fidel Castro-Jimmy Carter reunion, when the two were photographed wearing the same kind of shirt and drinking mojitos. Awww.

Funny the press extols Mike Wallace's interview with this Anti-Semitic leader of a Muslim nation and thats just fine, he agrees, and is of like-mind with Aminedad's mindet over the Jews.

Yet on the OTHER hand we have Mel Gibson who made stupid drunken statements outloud in the same vein as Aminedad's against the Jews and He's hated, villified and excoriated all over the place.

Only difference I see here is on one hand the Anti-Semitic hatred of Jews from Mike Wallace's 'interview' came from a MUSLIM, wheras the Anti-Semitic statements by Mel Gibson was from a Roman Catholic Christian who DIS and have Resoundly apologized for his drunken statements.

I Do declare I detect a note of BIAS and favoritism here between these two people.

One muslim who has become the new darlings of the Mainstream media, and the other, the Christian who has been constantly and consistently villified by the very self-same Mainstream media.

Just wanted to make this wonderfuly lucid point here.

I wouldn't increase their ratings by my viewership. Was it like Peter Arnett interviewing Saddam Hussein?

I thought so.
