Look Here,
The Aquascape System (http://www.aquascapedesigns.com)
While I was still landscaping, we installed several of these kits.
They truly are the only way to build one. The 20 step program makes it simple and, when done properly, one cannot see ANYTHING man-made about it.
The dirt that comes out of the hole makes a hill for the waterfall, won't freeze to 20 below. won't turn green and grow skeeters thanks to the "Live Bacteria" (provided), which is harmless to fish, but eats algea!
3 guys, about 2 days to install a 16' x 21', with a 2' waterfall. It even has a skimmer, like a swimming pool to catch leaves before they sink.
If any of you ever thought you'd like to have one, take it from someone who's done a bunch of 'em. This kit is the only way to go. http://freeconservatives.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
Downside = Expect a $30 to $50 dolar increase in your light bill to run the pump. To stay clean and not freeze, it should run 24-7 all year.
OUCH!
