Hey all, I'm heading off to boot camp in about four days. Yep I've done preparation and yes, Drill Seagent sir, I'm expecting hell.

If you have any tips on how to properly breath while running fast, that would be helpful, since the mile run is the thing I'm most worried about passing these days, but otherwise, I'd really just like prayers and any other tips would be fine. See ya'll in three or four months!

The start of the inhale and exhale should be on the right foot impact{keeps away side pain}

Basic Combat Training and Boot Camp are different names for the same thing. BCT is the official name and I think Boot Camp in kinda slang, but it's acceptable, hence why I use it myself.

Thanks for the tip, I'll be trying that on my next jog... I still can't believe the only other two big standards are doing thirteen push ups and seventeen sit ups. In actual BCT, I'll probably be doing somewhere in the thousands of push ups, progressively, and sometimes all at once. If the same situations will show up for crunches or sit ups... it sure isn't talked about much.
