I'll do my best to explain this, but it is something that I don't have a recipe for and do from sight.....
1 pkg. frozen baby peas, thawed
12 oz. bacon, cut into pieces and fried, then drained
radish, sliced, maybe 8 or so
1 medium onion, diced
2 cucumbers, diced into small pieces
8-12 ozs. shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing:
mayo
sugar
milk
Put 1/2 the thawed peas in serving bowl (clear glass looks nice). Layer bacon, then cucumber, remaining peas, radish, then onion. Mix dressing ingredients to taste, the dressing should be fairly thin so as to seep to bottom of bowl. Pour dressing mixture over layered salad, top with grated cheddar cheese. Let salad set a minimum of 1-2 hours so that dressing has time to penetrate. This is a great salad that everyone always raves about.
