Weird so that means alot of the Pro-Life would vote for a Uber Pro-Choice Guilani who also supports gay marriage ?
They must be clueless idiots who dont where guiliani stands on the issues.

If I were a one-issue voter and that issue were abortion, I couldn't vote for Guiliani. Since the War on Terror/national security is by far my primary issue - an overriding issue, I could certainly vote for Guiliani, if he were nominated.

Lets see:
Gun control: guiliani supports it.
Limited spending: guiliani opposes it.
Tax Cuts: guiliani opposes it.
Illegal Immigration: guiliani supports it.
Gay Marriage: Guiliani supports it.
Abortion: Guiliani strongly supports it.
Hmmm very similar to Hitlery. I'd have to vote 3rd party if he were nominated.
Btw I am not a single issue voter. I regard all issues as important and support candidates that support most of the conservative ideals instead of a 1-issue candidate like McPain or Rino Guiliani

The War on Terror and national security are overriding issues. If we lose the War on Terror, none of those other issues will matter because none of us will be around.

It's simply not possible to make a statement like the above and have any credibility whatsoever. People wonder why I am hard on you? Do they not read this crap?
So we are supposed to vote for a lefty hiding behind a Republican label? A man who will willingly run rough shod over the Bill of Rights and our social and moral fabric, who actively supports the very main issues conservatives and Constitutionalists oppose and opposes those we hold dear because... of your preoccupation with The War on Yet Another Noun?
If we surrender our Republic to a cretin like this why would any of us want to be around, Tex? What is it, exactly, that people like you think we are fighting for?

Existence.

So to "exist" you will surrender how much?
Your guns?
Your morality?
Your property?
Your cash?
Your children?
Your job?
And in return you get a safe...existence?
I'm sorry, I want Liberty and our Rights intact and if you want to fight a war on Terror then FIGHT IT. Blow the bastards off the face of the planet and to hell with world opinion and "collateral damage". If that means erasing most of the Middle East? So be it. Our way of life, and keeping people like Rudy from altering it, is more important than their continued "existence" over there.

I dont care to exist as a slave... And there are others who can successfully fight the terrorists other than those RINOS...
I dont think I could support Guilliani - He may have been a good crime fighter, but that does not qualify him to be my candidate to run this country... McCain is not even an option... Neither one of those two are "hold my nose and vote" candidates... They are NON-Conservatives, and thus I will not support them...
And for me the War on Terror is NOT the biggest issue - it is an important one, but not the leading issue anymore for me... Im more concerned with the invasion that is happening in our country right now with official approval from the highest levels in our government... Thus Tancredo is my man... Although, based on what I've heard, I could gladly support Allen... If those two were to both be on the Primary ballot, I would be in a quandry...
None of the other names excite me... Some I truly know little about - Romney, Hagel... In the past I would gladly step up and support Newt, but after he came out embracing a joint national health care plan with Hilary, I wonder if he hasnt suffered the same mental breakdown that got Al Gore...
Its still way too early to be getting all tangled up over candidates... Tancredo has stated in the past that he does not intend to run... Most of the names mentioned are just early considerations and they will drop off the realistic lists as we get closer to '08...
You can be certain that McCain will be a candidate... The man salivates for the job, and anyone who WANTS to be president that badly is dangerous IMO just on general principle (disregarding the fact that he's a wolf in sheep's clothing)... Frist will probably test the waters early on, as will Newt - I think that is why we are hearing more about Newt of late...
Personally, my Dream Team would be be a Resurrected Ronald Reagan with Ronald Reagan as his running mate... But as that is not likely to happen, some combination of Allen and Tancredo would be my next best choice...
In short, if the Republicans run a RINO as their candidate, they cannot expect to get my support... Im not a member of their gang... If they want my vote, they had better come up with a candidate who covers the majority of the conservative issues that I believe in... Its that simple...
I will not compromise my stand on gun ownership, homo marriage, taxes, private property rights, or border security just because some guy promises he'll bring us the head of Bin Laden... There is more on the table than just the terrorists...
And thanks for the link to the poll, Al... That's an interesting site to monitor...
