Boneless chicken breasts or thighs
liquid smoke
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped seeded cucumber
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper

Dressing:
Mayo
milk
honey

Marinade the chicken in liquid smoke for at least 2 hours. You can either cook it on the grill or broil it. Chop chicken into little pieces. Add remaining ingredients to taste. Mix apprx. 1 c. mayo with 1/4 c. honey, add milk to thin. Stir dressing into chicken mixture and chill. This is great on croissants or toast!

How much liquid smoke? About a whole bottle? This sounds sooo good!

Pamela, yes, I use the whole bottle although you probably don't need that much.
