Scooter Libby committed no crime. Patrick Fitzgerald did; by knowingly proceeding with a sham investigation into the leaking of a CIA Operatives name to the media, while knowing from the first days of the investigation who actually leaked the name. Millions of tax dollars were spent needlessly and the president and his cabinet were held hostage during a time of war and side tracked from their important work defending the nation. Patrick Fitzgerald should be held accountable for this atrocity. This is truely a vicious criminal offense against the Nationl Security. He is a vacuously inane little man who needed some attention for whatever mental or physical inadequacies he suffers. Scooter Libby was set up for a crime that was never committed, (Vallery Plame was a do nothing know nothing secretary, not a covert operative), and Fitzgerald knew who leaked her name in the early days of his investigation. All because of partisan politics promulgated and pursued by a partisan lackey of the anti-war Democrat elitists. He should be prosecuted for abuse of power and treason. You may ask why “treason”. When you give aid and comfort to the enemy you are guilty of treason. By falsely prosecuting and investigating the sitting President, Vice President and Secretary of Defense during a time of war Fitzgerald gave the enemy comfort in knowing some Americans are on their side in the war on terrorism and will go to any lengths to aid the terrorists in their fight against America and our way of life. It is a sad commentary when so-called “Americans” will aid a hideous and deadly enemy because they hate the sitting President and his administration more than the islamofacists who kill anyone that will not bow to their insane ideology. Fitzpatrick should be prosecuted along with any other person that urged this false prosecution and for giving aid to the enemies of America. Scooter Libby should have his sentence set aside.
Colin Powell should also be included in the prosecution because he knew Armitage was the guilty party and had every opportunity to make that fact known to the public. Remember, you don’t get to be the Chairman of the Joint Chief’s of Staff without a great degree of political savvy and some devious and sneaky chicanery. Just a thought….
