For the record, #6 should read:"What is the electric charge of a neutron?", not a neuron.
Does that count for extra credit? LOL

I always knew that college degree would come in handy someday. BTW, they misspelled the word 'cell' on one of the test questions. They may have struggled with an 8th grade spelling test.
:D

Could your (or your kid's) high-school science teacher pass the test? I'm sure most could, but I'm also sure that a number would fail.

They also misspelled "nucleus", and question #4 would probably mislead a bright 8th grader who knows about mitochondria. I wasn't sure about #6, but since neurons don't have a charge either, I figured it didn't matter.

All I know is that the number would have to be between 6,000 and 7,000. After that, I'm just guessin'.

It's impossible to find the exact value of the square root of the # 'cuz the last digit is 3...it would end up bein an irrational #. :nono:
I 'spose it would be pert near 'round 6900 or thereabouts.

My boo-boo. I should have specified rounding to the nearest thousandth. You are close to the figure. It's mostly an extinct art nowadays.
