It's The Predation, Stupid
By Michelle Malkin

Washington is embroiled in another sex scandal. A sure-bet win for the Republicans in Florida is now imperiled. The Dems look to be one seat closer to regaining control of the House. But the latest one involving disgraced GOP Congressman Mark Foley's predatory emails and lecherous instant-message exchanges is more than just a political nightmare.

It's a parental nightmare.

Foley's targets were underage high school students serving as congressional pages. I spoke with good friends of mine a few weeks ago who were positively glowing about their teenage son's experience as a page earlier this year. It is supposed to engender pride in our country and its institutions. It is supposed to inspire young people to public service. But irresponsible, selfish and sick adults have turned the Page Program into their personal sexual romper room.

For more than 150 years, these young messengers have worked in the U.S. Congress. Daniel Webster appointed the first Senate page in 1829. The first House pages began their service in 1842. Most are high school juniors at least 16 years of age. They must have stellar academic records and enlist members of Congress to sponsor them for one or two semester terms during the school year or a summer session.

Clinton pulled a full-on Foley. Let's see, at the time, he was 54. Monica was a teen. Let's do the math.

54 - 19 = 35 years.

Foley was 56. The teen he didn't sleep with was 16.

52 - 16 = 36 years.

Both were the hired help.

But apparently with Billy Jethro it was 'just sex' man. MoveOn.

...A sure-bet win for the Republicans in Florida is now imperiled. The Dems look to be one seat closer to regaining control of the House.I must disagree with Michell on this opinion... I tend to agree with Mr Limbaugh here (as he stated in yesterday's broadcast)...

This Congressional district has been in Republican hands for the last 25 years... The voters there are educated, thoughtful conservatives... They are not knee-jerk fence-sitters... The fact that Foley has resigned has ended the issue in a quick and timely fashion, giving the Republicans plenty of time to put forward and promote their replacement...

Of course all these opinions are just that and mean nothing when compared to the only poll that counts - the Election in November... But I predict that the leftist pundants in the MSM will be "renting their clothes and gnashing their teeth" when the Pubs hold on to this seat - and no doubt there will be calls of election fraud... The voters there will vote for the Republican candidate...

Its a-coming.

I can already hear it, 'disenfranchised', 'butterfly ballots', 'chads', 'it wasn't FAIR'.

The Left on election night remind me of Zsa Zsa Gabor getting pulled over by a cop. They can't believe it! The insult of it all, the AUDACITY! There... there... must be ... something.... wrong. People can't be this stupid, can they? We. Must. Manufacture. Something.

The last few elections have been the beginning of the Lefty Revolution. It has been quiet, so far no blood. But, the blood will come. The Left has been trying to undo elections any way they can. I expect after a few more slap downs they will revert to the harder form of Revolution. Since 'chads' and 'butterfly ballots' and 'disenfranchisement' didn't work, the only next thing for them are poorly managed riots and killing weak people like old ladies and innocent by-standers who limp.

Actually butterfly ballots is two words. Most feel good words are the simple one-words for the simple minded: peace, fairness, tolerance, poor, disenfranchised, environment....

And the one-words when they're not happy: Racist, sexist, homophobe, islamophobe, fascist, bigot, intolerant...

As evidenced by the pre-revolution pep-rallies you have posted pics about... They are building themselves into a froth with their "the world cant wait" outrage... Like a lynching party that has to visit a local bar to get drunk before they have the courage to storm the jail and drag their victim out...

I fully expect to see violence in the name of "the people" then next the people dont vote the way they want... And I expect it to happen in either this upcoming election or the '08 election...
