Tuesday , September 26, 2006

Has Chadwick fallen through a crack in the legal system or is he proof that family courts are out-of-control, especially regarding 'contempt of court' power?

Marriage and family have been reclassified from private issues (with laws and precedent based on implied contract concept) to "social policy." Under this new classification, the "family is an arbitrary result of social and economic policy decisions like the details of welfare entitlements and tax tables."
