:moo: With only one month to go before the elections, I'm getting tired of all the gloom & doom predictions. I honestly can't see how the American people would be foolish enough to put the demonicrats in power, unless they just really don't understand what they stand for. And if the majority of Americans agree with the demonicrat platform, then why did Air[head] America go bankrupt?

My car runs best on midgrade, it runs good enough on regular so I buy that most often now that the gas prices are somewhat reasonable (not all the way there yet). When I get a truck its gonna have to be Super.

:moo: It's probably at a garage sale, next to my little plastic Eiffel Tower, that a good friend brought me back from Paris.

 This week's questions:
1. What's your favorite Alan Jackson song?
I don't think I know any.
2. What's your favorite brand of bread?
Don't have one.
3. What's your favorite rail car?
Don't have one. Well maybe the engine. I love engines and things.
4. What's the last national park you visited?
In the stricted sense of the question, that would be Great Smokey Mountains.
But there are other units of the National Park Service, such as National Recreation Areas, National Reserves, etc. The last National Recreation Area I visited was the Delaware Water Gap (http://www.nps.gov/dewa/ (http://www.nps.gov/dewa/)). And I live within the New Jersey Pinelands National Reserve (http://www.nps.gov/pine/ (http://www.nps.gov/pine/)).
5. Describe your favorite clock.
It is a rectangular box. Inside is a stylized New York City skyline against a night sky, and a large apple in the middle, in front of the skyline, with clock hands in it. The words New York are in the bottom right corner. The box is all black inside, with a hidden black light flourescent light tube. When I turn on the switch, which is in the cord, the black light turns on, and the NYC skyline and big apple light up in simulated neon. Very cool.
This apparently was a parting gift for someone who was either retiring, or maybe had a service anniversary in some corporation. I got it on Ebay.
6. What foods do you like with garlic?
pizza
7. Do you know your license plate number? (You don't have to reveal it.)
Yes.
8. What's your favorite collegiate athletic conference?
Don't have one cause I don't follow sports.
9. What's your favorite card game?
Don't have one. Except unless you count Uno.
10. Regular, midgrade, or super?
Regular. I used to use midgrade, but quit long ago because it made no difference in performance or gas mileage.
