It's good ol' country music as it was before Nashville and Big Business polluted it. I've always had a soft spot for it, and for Cajun music. I shoulda been born south of the M-D line. I ain't content as a yankee.

SO true DD :-)
I knew I always liked you bro. Like you said, bluegrass really is the heart of real country and country music.

Mark Knopfler has a good fingerpickin album. I also like Gillian Welch.

I know a lot of our younger crowd here will not appreciate this but I want to share an old timer who is known in Georgia as Mr. Bluegrass.

As the many fall festivals are happening across America this month, don't forget about good old bluegrass.

For me, Fall and Bluegrass are like coffee and cream.

I knew I always liked you bro. Like you said, bluegrass really is the heart of real country and country music. If you have a good sound system on your puter, try these MIDI files (they sound great on a $400 Klipsch system ;) ).
