:moo: Is everybody gearing up for Thanksgiving? Just one more week, & we can look forward to a few extra days off. I don't know about y'all, but I could sure use the rest, after a long semester putting together a new curriculum for Geometry, & all that involves. I'm trying to see how much of it I can put on computer, & I've even learned how to draw Geometry diagrams on Microsoft Word®. I've been editing or authoring new materials that look professionally made. It sure beats the old method of pen & ink & lots of white-out.

Dogs -- the bigger the better. We currently have a rotty, two American bulldogs, and for my daughter, a crazy insane Jack Russell/Min-Pin mix. But my favorite breed is dobermans.

Well both my Gramma's wanted me named after them -- if that would have happened I would either be Bertha Ethel or Ethel Bertha ... lucky for me I was named after my GREAT-Gramma, :smirky: , so I got a relatively normal name.

No, never even seen Route 66 (except in the movie CARS, :smirky: )

Ummm...don't watch TV. I do watch vlogs and am currently partial to Michelle Malkin. I like Michael Medved's radio show and the first hour or so of Rush occasionally.

Named after my great-great grandmother. Family history says she was 1/2 Indian and walked on the trail of tears to Oklahoma. We do know she went to school in Indian territory there, but have been unable to trace her genealogical info. She married my German great-great grandfather, who was involved in the military and had to "get out of dodge" because he had opposed the ruling powers. He brought some wealth with him and established a successful cattle business/butcher shop in the Houston area. He later drowned while on a cattle drive.

Sure...lots of times...but "that's all I gots to say about that."

Choir was always fun. My favorite academic class was 11th grade English--American Literature--Mrs. Lynn Lockwood.

Dunno. Maybe Sean Hannity. It used to Rush, when I was able to see him on TV. Hannity is great.

Nope. It was cold for a short while though.
