Calif. Couple Faces Federal Charges for Frisky Flight Behavior

Tuesday, November 14, 2006

RALEIGH, N.C. — A California couple are facing federal charges after allegedly refusing to stop "overt sexual activity" on a flight to Raleigh.

Carl Warren Persing, of Lakewood, Calif., and Dawn Elizabeth Sewell, of Huntington Beach, Calif., were indicted on charges of interfering with flight crew members during their Sept. 15 Southwest Airlines flight from Los Angeles.

According to court documents, flight attendants saw Persing and Sewell kissing, embracing and "acting in a manner that made other passengers uncomfortable" while the plane was stopped in Phoenix......http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,229281,00.html

When the flight attendant again requested them to stop, Persing allegedly told the flight attendant: "I'm going to give you one warning to get out of my face."
Persing and Sewell continued the verbal harassment after a flight attendant refused to serve Persing alcohol, according to court documents.

I would have thrown the inconsiderate prick off the plane... mid flight, no chute.

Just be glad it wasn't Hillary and Bill who were getting frisky on the flight (not that there's much chance of them getting frisky, period).

Actually, I don't care if it's 2 men, 2 women, a man and a woman, or a boy and his goat.

A simple kiss is public is one thing, but when two people start climbing on each other and staging a public porn show, they're over stepping their rights.

They were asked to stop, and then asked again, and they got rude because someone "had the nerve" to ask them to show a little respect for OTHERS on the plane.

As I said, I would have throttled the prick and tossed his inconsiderate ass off the plane in mid flight.
