O.J. Simpson special

Are you going to watch the O.J. Simpson special later this month? I'm not. Once again the media in on a frenzy about Simpson who I believe got away with murder because he's rich and famous and his trial was in California. If you are rich, famous and your trial is in California, you get away with anything.:question:

I watched an "O. J." special on FOX over the weekend.

Geraldo hosted it.

I learned some things that I didn't know --or knew and had forgotten.

I also had confirmed for me some things that I had always suspected, but never heard aired before.

When the whole thing was unfolding ten years ago, who didn't know that O. J. would be found not guilty? And when the civil trial began, who didn't know that he would be found responsible?

It's always seemed to me that the whole thing was preordained to end just the way it did [and is still "ending."]

Who didn't know that sooner or later, O. J. would do just exactly what he's doing: talk. So to speak --no pun intended.

And here's a view that will probably be unpopular here in this forum: Mark Furham was the only cop, the only "official" in the entire fiasco who was worth a damn.

After a firestorm of criticism, News. Corp. said Monday that it has canceled the O.J. Simpson book and TV special "If I Did It."

"I and senior management agree with the American public that this was an ill-considered project," said Rupert Murdoch, News Corp. chairman. "We are sorry for any pain that this has caused the families of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson."

Yeah, I heard the special which would have aired on Fox network was cancelled. I'm not surprised they pulled it. I wasn't going to watch it anyway. I saw the trial and that was enough for me. I was surprised Simpson got away with murder. Now he wants to profit from it.

All I can say is simple...
THANK GOD SOMEONE HAD COMMON SENSE AND CANCELLED THAT FIASCO!!!!
Somebody on Fox News had a VERY interesting observation at one point.....and OJ MIGHT what to contemplate on this....
The feds MIGHT contemplate doing an AL CAPONE on OJ and jail him on INCOME TAX EVASION because of the financial shenangians he has been pulling as of late!!!
