Opinion of Zillow.com?

Has anyone here ever looked up their house's value on zillow.com (http://www.zillow.com)? Is it very accurate?

The house I'm thinking of buying is showing as being worth way more than I'm paying. What's up with that? The prices seem kind of inflated.
