Hey all I'm finally back. Nine weeks of training are finally over! Right now I'm writing from my 33 wiskey training here in Fort Huachua Arizona. I'm a hold under, which means my AIT (advanced intermediate training) won't get under way for a few months. So basically right now I'm just sitting on my back side waiting for something real to do besides detail (chores).
My basic was at Fort Leonard Wood MO. Any one else train there and know my drills Jones, Smith and Hernandez?
One thing I have to say, sorry folks, but save for the ranks above corporal, there's no sortage of jerks here in the army... or dems (not kidding). It seems that around here they usually grow out of that though.
So, any advice or congrats?

Good for you, dude! Glad to see another smart young man taking advantage of the perks offered by the world's richest uncle. It's a mutual good deal -- you do well by him and he does well by you.

Anyway, thankyou. Hey, didn't I read that you joined once? What was your final rank Doom?

33w? Great, now get yourself assigned to Ft. Meade and fix my equipment. It's crap and we need decent techs.
Oh, and Col Quinn, who is your head cheese if my info is correct, was my first commander back in the day. He had just been promoted to Major.

God Bless you and your service! Well done! :claps:
Advice on the jerky Dems . . . just make sure they are always in front of you and not hiding behind you. ;)

Well done, Black. I finished my basic training in Ft. Dix.....in 1987!
My only advice is to do your job and do it better than anyone else.

I'll come fix it but you can't afford me!
