According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (http://www.bls.gov/schedule/archives/empsit_nr.htm), 277,000 new jobs were created in November bringing the total number of jobs created since President Bush took office to 9.6 million and the total number of jobs created since the deepest part of the Clinton Recession to 12.1 million. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, meaing that we still have full employment.
