Culp was charged with second-degree murder in connection with his grandmother's death. --from DoctorDoom's link
What kind of a pansy-assed SOB charges this dog turd with second-degree murder? I'll bet the liberal monkeys who read this will be overjoyed at the leniency shown, and the sea lawyers will chime in with the fairness of the charge.

What kind of a pansy-assed SOB charges this dog turd with second-degree murder?Well, the drugs made him not responsible for his actions! And besides, it's Bush's fault anyway.

EHHHH! His deliberate use of mind-altering substances "gave" him an excuse which he thought would absolve him of any freak thing he might do, including murder. It's the weak-minded scumbag's excuse all the time. I hope he meets his Hell in prison before and after he dies.<!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

Yet another example of why drugs should be legalized.

You're right. Legalized mind-altering substances make scumbags more civilized and less prone to butchering people who won't supply money for their habit.

Legal or illegal, the suicidal asshats who use them still have to buy them. And if they don't have the bucks ...

That's why I keep my weapons and ammo clean and functioning, also. Libertarians, liberal pinkos, and other Kumbaya people wanting to share their compassion with the mental cripples. Okay, y'all. Chime in and commence the ass kicking.

I wish they'd put one of those boxes in for a border fence. I'd even take it out of my taxes if it was certain that it would go for that.

A dangling modifier in the thread title (or whatever my forgotten English class called it) made me queasy until I read the details.
At first glance the title seemed to say that he was using his grandmother as a Christmas light in the murder.

I hate it when my modifier dangles.
Maybe he was just trying to decorate her.
Ok I'm tired.......Bad joke..bad joke
