Mount St. Helens Erupts, Spewing Steam, Ash Into Washington State Sky
Wednesday, December 20, 2006
NEW YORK — Mt. St. Helens awoke Tuesday afternoon with a mild eruption, spewing a plume of steam and ash into the Washington State sky.
The event was most probably was caused by growth of the new lava dome inside the crater, experts said.
During such eruptions, changes in the level of activity can occur over days to months.
The eruption could intensify suddenly or with little warning and produce explosions that cause hazardous conditions within several miles of the crater and farther downwind.....http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,237578,00.html

It is not! El Niño, La Niña and El Pendejo are to blame. Liberals blame all things meterological on those three characters.
Now all the little pseudo-scientific liberals with online degrees from Berkley will be converging once again on Mt. St Helens with their taxpayer grants to "study" the activity. These bearded little hippies love to fiddle around with volcanos, tsunamis and earthquakes.
Oh well I guess they don't do much harm unless conservatives have to rescue their little useless arses.

I hope a huge crowd of them are there when this thing blows its top again.

Well I don't one meteorological from the other (and I couldn't spell it either). I guess volcanos are a geological issue.

No, it's a RACIAL ISSUE!
It's just another example of the man trying to keep a brother down! The volcano's eruption is a direct response of the social injustice perpetrated on the black man by the white establishment. If there is ever going to be equality, we must put an end to the eruption of racial injustice. I call for a boycott on all white women named Helen, and there will be a march in Washington state to show this "white capped volcano" that we will NOT take this injustice any longer!

Phelps is probably saying it's God's punishment for homosexuality.

The eruption is Bush's fault.
Yes, it is. Reagan made it blow up big time back in the eighties, Bush has tinkered with Mt. St. Helen just last year. I can see it right outside this window, abiout forty miles away. It likes to raise hell in the winter.

From my seekrit files, here's the actual cause of the seismic disturbances that trigger the eruptions.
