According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (http://www.bls.gov/schedule/archives/empsit_nr.htm), 303,000 jobs were created in December 2006 bringing the total of jobs created since President Bush took office to 9.9 million and bringing the total of jobs created since the end of the Clinton Recession to 12.4 million. The unemployment rate remained at 4.5% in December, which is full employment.
