Ever notice how when normal people smile, their eyes narrow a little? It's one of the indicators of a genuine smile. Pelosi's eyes are always wide open, and her face screams, "I'm lying my ass off to you miserable, worthless peasants!" There is no honesty in that smile. It's a forced "model smile", purely for show.

Pelosi's Cheshire-cat grin is a vain effort to conceal the blackness of her heart and soul. She is undiluted evil.
