DUKE LACROSSE MOTHER: 'Mr. Nifong, you've picked on the wrong families (http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/01/11/60minutes/main2352512.shtml)... and you will pay every day for the rest of your life'...
The fact that Nifong withheld the information and knew it before he indicted their sons has outraged the parents of the accused. "You felt like someone hit you with a baseball bat. … It was almost too much to bear, as we sat there," says Kathy Seligmann, whose son, Reade, is among the three indicted players. "And [Nifong is] sitting 10 feet away from us."
It enraged Mary Ellen Finnerty, mother of Collin Finnerty, another indicted player. "I think [I felt] one of the strongest feelings of rage that I've had … I literally had to turn to my husband, because I was shaking from my head to my toe, and say, 'Hold me down,'" recalls Finnerty. Adds Seligmann, "And we had to hold on to each other because when you sit there and put two and two together and realize that it was calculated … set up to make these boys appear to be guilty of something they didn't do."

 I hope that whoëver takes over the case will continue forward with it, but the trial needs to be SOON. I don't want the charges dropped, because I want that lying slut-ho CRYSTAL GAIL MANGUM to have to sit in a courtroom, for all the world to see what a cheap, lying bitch she is. Besides, the young men need a trial to restore their reputations.

Trial or not [and I don't believe there will be a trial], we are going to be hearing about this case for a long time to come.
The fall out from this will keep those who are interested, entertained for years to come.

Nifong Wants Out
And everybody wants you out, you lying bastard. But I'd rather you weren't allowed to recuse yourself, so that you'd get in deeper and deeper trying to cover your tracks, so that in the end you'd go to jail for 100 years, you pinko fruitcake scum. You're the kind of lying-ass liberal jerkoff who gives corruption a bad name.

If you keep this up, Fox, you're going to work yourself into such a lather that you'll let slip your true feelings.

Cannot wait till' we see NIFONG on the 10 o'clock news in a high speed chase in a White Bronco with his best friend/Assistant D.A. driving him around Raleigh negotiating his turn over to the local authorities . Wow, that would make for some good stuff, I hope it would end up in a shoot out with NIFONG, of course he is unarmed. heheheheh

(CBS) The forensic expert hired by the prosecutor in the Duke rape case says he made a "big error" in judgment by not stating in his report that the only DNA he found on the accuser was from several men who were not on the Duke lacrosse team.
Dr. Brian Meehan speaks with 60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl in his first interview about the controversial case this Sunday, Jan. 14, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.More at N-T's link above.
