VINAIGRETTES: does anybody else here make their own vinaigrettes? This link has some interesting recipes.
VINAIGRETTES (http://www.justvinegar.com/guide.html)
I make mine using different kinds of vinegar or wines. I have never used oil. I vary the vinegar or wine according to the taste I want from the particular herbs I use.

I saw a show yesterday on food tv that featured nut oils in vinaigrettes. Almond, pistachio and pecan. Looked very interesting.

Does sound good, but where would you get them? I wonder if you could put the nuts into the mix? I put onions, chives, Nasturtium... don't see why couldn't put various nuts in for flavor.
