Incredible.

Why? People get killed and crippled by such acts. Certainly pedophiles should get strong sentences, but that's no reason to downplay an act that could, and sometimes does, kill people. Besides, they reduced her sentence to probation. And she's apparently no saint. She's also currently up on charges for writing bad checks.

And she's apparently no saint. She's also currently up on charges for writing bad checks. And I bet her real name's Bertha, or Hortense.

Ah, Mr.Agnew if you were
In Senator McGovern's place
Who would you have chosen
As a running mate?
(Bertha)
Bertha who?
(Bertha Butt)
Who's she, Sir?
(One of the Butt sisters)
Do you agree, Mr.Kissinger?
(Gotta find a woman, gotta find a woman
Gotta find a woman, gotta find a woman)

The judge reduced the sentence to time served and probation. The reason it was intially 2 years is because that's the minimum the jury was allowed to give.
