Is anyone else tired of hearing about Anna Nichole Smith?
Sometimes I watch TV with my parents. My mom watches a lot of Fox News. We are all conservative here, and we are all Christians. No other news network will do for us.
But I'm very disappointed in Fox News, for airing so much of what I would call "tabloid tv". My mom insists on watching "On the Record" with Greta Van Susteran. But it seems all they talk about on that show right now is stuff regarding Anna Nichole Smith.
I believe it's all a non-issue. The fact that she died, and all the details of things known at the time, should have been put in an article in the newspapers, and one story on the networks, on the day it happened. And that should have been the end of it. Nothing else is necessary. There's no reason for the networks to make news out of the legal battles regarding where she is to be buried, and all those other family-related stories. As I said, all that is a non-issue. None of it is newsworthy. It's all private family business and it's none of the nation's business. I'm tired of that stuff being aired on TV. Anyone else tired of it? They've made a big circuis out of it all. The good thing is, I can always change the channel, which I expect someone will say. But I don't get why this stuff is all over the news.
This is all I will say on the matter, but I figure there must be others who are also tired of it all. I must not be the only one.
Thanks
