Lawyers Seek to Bar Psychological Data on Sex Offender Who Posed as Student

PHOENIX — Attorneys for a 29-year-old sex offender accused of tricking four charter schools into allowing him on campus as a student said they will try to prevent the release of his psychological evaluation.
A psychologist examined Neil Havens Rodreick II to determine his ability to stand trial. His attorneys said they will ask a judge on Monday to keep the report from becoming public.
"I'd prefer to keep everything sealed," said defense lawyer Steven August, who argued that Rodreick should take additional tests before anyone determines his mental fitness.
