I jujst heard the most assinine drivel on Fox News. The Federal government wants to investigate and prohibit credit card companies from using dubious fees and penalties for users. What a concept. There is no better example of this abuse against innocent citizens than the IRS. Theycan make a 1000 dollar late payment into 100,000 very quickly with dubious fees and penalties. Wonder where the credit card companies learned how to gouge the public? Duh!

This is not a defense of credit card companies by any strech of the imagination merely a comparison of corruption in a capitalist society run amok. Who is worse...credit card companies or our illustrious government.
Both should be put on notice and punished for abusing people and ruining lives of thousands. While I'm at it...why not let them give illegals credit too and then penalize them into running back to Mexico to avoid debt. Except for the fact that we who do pay what we owe when it is due will suffer higher interest rates because of it, making Mexicans run for the border going South would be a good thing.

I'm done.:thumb:

Our federal government is the one that needs the crap kicked out of it to revert it back to its Constitutional form. Credit cards? PFFFT! If you want something, save your money, or lay away, or do without.
