It appears that the choosing of a new UN secgen is based on how anti-Irael and pro-asshole the candidates are.

BAN Ki-Moon, the secretary-general of the United Nations yesterday toured a Palestinian refugee camp and spoke of the "very sad and tragic" results of the controversial security wall erected by Israel.

He also praised the "resilience" of the Palestinian people and the "unwavering commitment" to independence of the president, Mahmoud Abbas.

In his first trip to the Palestinian territories, Mr Ban visited the Aida refugee camp on the outskirts of the biblical town of Bethlehem in the West Bank, just south of the Israeli wall.

He went on to the roof of a UN-run girls' school in the camp to take a look at the barrier, which in some sections, including the one near Aida, is made up of towering cement blocks. "No wall will stop us," read a piece of graffiti in English.UN chief slams 'sad and tragic' results of Israeli wall (http://news.scotsman.com/politics.cfm?id=465202007)

Needed: A UN rep who ain't a wienie. Who will stand atop the Israeli wall and proclaim that idiot fanatic Muzzies built this wall and will maintain it with their hatred. Who will denounce Palestinians as leeches who need to get off their asses and do an honest day's work. Who will praise Israel for having made the desert bloom rather than just using it as a camel toilet as Arabs have done for centuries. Who will condemn Islamists as enemies of mankind who need to quit licking camel recti because it affects their breath and rots their teeth. Who will announce that the Arab world has a responsibility to give the Palestinians a place to live in their millions of square miles of sand, rather than in the few hundred square meters that comprises Israel. Who will point out that Islamists had better mutilate their women lest the women run off with handsome American men with big dicks who would treat them like they loved them rather than like they hated them, as Islamist men do with their teeny little wieners.

I hereby nominate Desert Fox for secretary-general of the UN. We could do worse--and we always have.

it would never happen.... he is to correct.

My Dad had the greatest idea I've heard for the UN. Push it over into the hudson river and make it a dock!!!!

My idea i told Mrs. Towerpainter, take all "diplomats and put them in a small pre-fab building with no bathroom, a heater and a 500 gallon LPG tank, placed in the artic circle. One radio, powered by a battery timed to run out the same time as the LPG tank.

Settle your differerances before the LPG tank or Battery Pack runs out or DIE!!!!!:thumb:

The sad and tragic results are that the wall has prevented suicide bombers from crossing and killing Jews, that's what's sad. Why don't the secgen just come out and say that.

The Israelis built The Wall to prevent Palestinians from crossing over and setting bombs that kill Israeli innocents. The Wall works. The only "sad" thing is, the Israelis should have built it earlier. Had "The Wall" been built earlier, a lot fewer Israelis would have been maimed and killed by murderous Palestinian savages.

The Israelis aren't "The Bad Guys" in this picture. They don't go around setting bombs in Palestinian school buses.

The U.N. chief now claims that arms are still crossing the Syrian border:

The leading Lebanese daily An-Nahar reported Saturday that U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon told Lebanese security chiefs that Israel had provided him with "evidence and pictures" of trucks crossing from Syria to Lebanon and unloading weapons.

"There are intelligence reports that arms are smuggled. I am concerned by that kind of arms smuggling, which will destabilize the situation in Lebanon," he told reporters later during a stop at the headquarters of the U.N. peacekeeping force in southern Lebanon.

Maybe Speaker Pelosi can help them unload a truck or two while she's over there.

Being anti-Israel and pro-asshole is fine by the U.N. now, as long as you don't say the word "jihad", draw a donkey cartoon, or link Islam to terrorism in any way:

GENEVA (AP)--Islamic countries pushed through a resolution at the U.N. Human Rights Council Friday urging a global prohibition on the public defamation of religion - a response largely to the furor last year over caricatures published in a Danish newspaper of the Prophet Muhammad.

The statement proposed by the Organization of Islamic Conference addressed what it called a "campaign" against Muslim minorities and the Islamic religion around the world since the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States.

Cuba, that bastion of human-rights proponents, got a measure passed, that'll will disallow the HRC from conducting investigations of human rights abuses without written permission of the country itself, so these countries can now submit their own reports to turn themselves in.

:claps:

Not only did they make it bloom, but made into one of the world's leading exporters of produce and flowers! And Israelis have big dicks too.
